Ok, I don't know whether or not this was expected, but I had to decicate at least one page to vampires. Now, I don't know how far I can go on this. Links, pictures... etc.

So, anyway, my favorite vamps are all generated from the brilliant mind of Anne Rice. Lestat de Lioncourt is my utmost favorite vampire; lovingly labeled as: The Brat Prince. And if you know Lestat, you're aware of how incredibly pompous, arrogant, irresponsible, naive, rash, violent, egotistical and SEXY he is. Physical description: shoulder length wavy blonde-white hair, white white white skin, piercing gray-blue eyes, 6 ft tall, body that looks like an ancient greek statue... damn. ;)

Yes, Lestat is for sure my favorite.

Runner up: Louis de Pointe du Lac

Louis is so mortal. A suck. A complete loser... whining, sniveling, weeping Louis. However, Louis can be pretty great. And I just can't hate a lithe vampire with a 24 year old's body... plus he's got ebony black hair and bright green eyes. Mmm...

After Louis:

Armand. Beautiful 500 year old Armand with a body of a 17 year old boy. Arburn hair, dark brown eyes... and such a backstabber. He is beautiful, but evil. Armand doesn't like being denied.

Next:

Marius. Though apperantly Born to Darkness at 40, his 2000 years of immortality have smoothed out any imperfections he had as a mortal. Marius had COBALT eyes, very tall and white hair down to his mid-back. Downside to Marius is he's kinda ... preachy. Lestat is always breaking rules, and Marius is always right there scolding him. Marius, go back to Night Island. Go back to your little scriptures. Thats right.

Well, that about wraps up my favorite Anne Rice vamps. Sorry Sof, I don't really like Mael, myself. (*sniff* too bad...)

Poppy Z Brite has a pretty cool vampire, named Zillah. Zillah is a new-age vamp in the book Lost Souls. He and his little posse reap havoc on anywhere they go. New Orleans (niiiice) being their favorite location.

Zillah isn't that old. Supposed to be in his 60s, but since a vampire, looks about 20. Now, Poppy Z Brite's vamps aren't fledgling's of other vamps, but born that way... well, I could go into detail about the birth from a mortal mother, but its pretty nasty. If you want to know you can either ask me or go read the book.

Back to Zillah.

Zillah has shoulder length straight blond hair and has neon green eyes. He, like most all vampires, is bi. Scary enough though his lover is both a guy and his son. But he didn't no that at the begining.... though when he did find out that Nothing (Zillah's son/lover) was his son, it really didn't change much.
